underwhelming stay on a hill
broken elevatorstrong detergent
the elevator linking the reception to the upper floors broke down. my husband got trapped, that was stressful. the sauna lacked a shower and changing room, not very practical. also, the bed sheets smelled strongly of detergent and the beds were too firm for my liking.

i found the cable car a real novelty! the views into the garden were excellent. the bed was so comfortable, i had a great night's sleep because the location is quiet! i loved that the hotel is near andel metro station.

I appreciated the unique cable car access to the hotel. It definitely added to the experience. walking around the park was a delight. It offered a tranquil escape. the breakfast terrace was very pleasant, especially when the weather was nice. Dining outdoors surrounded by greenery was lovely. the spacious room and bathroom with the green terrace were highlights. I especially enjoyed the extra space.
the elevator from the main reception stopped working, it caused some inconvenience. this meant i had to find alternative routes to access certain facilities.

The staff members provided prompt assistance when i requested items. They delivered bathrobes and slippers quickly! the guest relations manager offered helpful information and tips, providing valuable assistance.

The breakfast choice had good variety. Staff members were friendly and helpful, providing assistance when needed. The hotel location is a short walk from a tram stop (about 4 minutes). A major shopping area is also nearby, around 8 minutes away.
The rooms seem quite worn. Furniture shows signs of age and quick fixes. Cleanliness could improve in certain areas. I even found ants in the bathroom (not a pleasant experience).

The lift connecting the reception with the collection area broke down. My husband got trapped and had to find an alternate route to the sauna. The sauna lacked a shower and changing room. I found this unhygienic and unacceptable.
